1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Labaduh's website, mobile application, marketplace, booking, payment, notification, and support services. By using Labaduh, you agree to these Terms.
2. About Labaduh
Labaduh is a laundry marketplace platform that helps customers book laundry and cleaning services from participating shops. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the laundry shop or vendor is the seller and service provider for the laundry service. Labaduh provides the technology platform, booking flow, payment facilitation, notifications, and related marketplace tools.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You may register using email, mobile number, or supported social login providers such as Facebook, Google, or Apple.
You agree not to create false accounts, impersonate others, abuse OTP verification, interfere with the service, or use Labaduh for unlawful activity.
4. Customer Bookings
Customers may select services, add-ons, pickup and delivery preferences, payment method, and preferred shop or auto-assignment option. Availability, pricing, service rules, turnaround time, and acceptance depend on the selected or assigned shop.
5. Vendor and Shop Responsibilities
Vendors and shops are responsible for maintaining accurate shop details, service availability, pricing, operating hours, accepted payment methods, capacity, permits, tax details, and customer service standards.
Vendors must fulfill accepted orders professionally, update order statuses accurately, and comply with applicable laws, including business registration, consumer protection, and tax requirements.
6. Payments
Labaduh may support credit card, debit card, GCash, cash on pickup, cash on delivery, and other payment methods. Available payment methods may vary by shop and system configuration.
For online payments, Labaduh may collect payment and remit net settlement to the applicable shop based on platform fees, commissions, adjustments, refunds, or other deductions.
7. Final Weight and Price Adjustments
Laundry orders may begin with estimated weight or quantity. The shop may update final weight or quantity after pickup or weighing. The customer may need to confirm the final price or pay the final amount before processing continues, unless auto-confirm settings apply.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
Cancellation, refund, and dispute handling may depend on order status, shop policy, payment method, and platform rules. Labaduh may review evidence, chat records, payment records, and shop/customer history when resolving disputes.
9. Messaging and Attachments
Order chat is intended for order-related communication between customers, shops, and delivery participants where applicable. Users must not send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated content. Labaduh may moderate or review communications where necessary for support, safety, or dispute resolution.
10. Promotions, Ads, and Subscriptions
Labaduh may offer promotions, sponsored shop placements, subscriptions, rewards, or premium features. Eligibility, benefits, pricing, and availability may change based on system configuration or business rules.
11. Taxes and Receipts
Shops/vendors are responsible for their own tax registration, invoices, receipts, and compliance for services they sell through Labaduh. Labaduh may provide system tools for invoice records, reports, payout ledgers, and compliance support, but vendors remain responsible for confirming their obligations with their accountant or tax adviser.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse Labaduh or interfere with app operations.
- Upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
- Use false payment, identity, shop, or address information.
- Harass customers, vendors, riders, or Labaduh staff.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
13. Service Availability
Labaduh may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, network conditions, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Labaduh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Laundry service quality, fulfillment, and shop operations are primarily the responsibility of the shop/vendor providing the service.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Labaduh after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
