1. Overview
This page explains how users can request deletion of their Labaduh account data, including data received through Facebook Login.
If you used Facebook Login to create or access your Labaduh account, Labaduh may have received your Facebook user ID, name, email address, and profile photo, depending on the permissions you approved.
2. Request Data Deletion by Email
To request deletion, email privacy@labaduh.com using the subject:
Facebook Login Data Deletion Request
Please include the following information so we can identify your account:
- Your full name.
- Email address or mobile number used in Labaduh.
- Whether you used Facebook Login, Google Login, Apple Login, email login, or phone login.
- A short statement that you want your Labaduh account or Facebook Login data deleted.
3. Request Data Deletion In-App
If account deletion is available in the Labaduh mobile app, you may also request deletion from the app profile or account settings screen. If the option is not visible, use the email process above.
4. What We Delete
When your deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal account information where legally and technically possible, including:
- Profile details such as name, email, mobile number, and profile photo.
- Social login identifiers such as Facebook ID, Google ID, or Apple ID where applicable.
- Saved device tokens used for push notifications.
- Non-essential profile and preference data.
5. Records We May Need to Keep
Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or marketplace integrity reasons. These may include:
- Order records.
- Payment and refund records.
- Invoice, receipt, payout, and tax records.
- Dispute, support, or abuse investigation records.
- Audit logs required to protect customers, vendors, or Labaduh.
Where retention is required, we will restrict or anonymize personal information where appropriate and permitted.
6. Processing Time
We will review verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Additional verification may be required before deletion to protect user accounts and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
7. Remove Labaduh from Facebook
You may also remove Labaduh from your Facebook account's apps and websites settings. This stops future Facebook Login access but does not automatically delete all Labaduh marketplace records. To delete Labaduh-held account data, submit a deletion request using the instructions above.
