• Social login information from providers such as Facebook, Google, or Apple, including provider user ID, name, email address, and profile photo when shared by the provider.
• Address and location details such as saved addresses, latitude, longitude, city, province/region, postal code, and formatted address.
• Order details such as selected services, add-ons, shop selection, pickup and delivery preferences, payment method, order status, and order history.
• Payment-related information such as payment method, payment provider reference, checkout status, and transaction records. Labaduh does not store full credit card numbers.
• Chat and support information such as order-related messages, attachments, photos, dispute descriptions, and customer service communications.
• Device and notification data such as device tokens, app role, device platform, and notification preferences.
• Technical information such as IP address, device type, app version, browser type, and usage logs.

3. Facebook Login Data

If you sign in using Facebook Login, Labaduh may receive information from Facebook based on the permissions you approve. This may include your public profile, name, email address, profile picture, and Facebook user ID.

We use Facebook Login data only to create or access your Labaduh account, verify your identity, personalize your account experience, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized accounts.

4. How We Use Information

• Create, verify, and manage user accounts.
• Enable customer, vendor, rider, and admin app experiences.
• Process laundry bookings, vendor assignment, pickup, delivery, payments, and order status updates.
• Send push notifications, email notifications, OTPs, and transactional updates.
• Enable in-app chat only for active or eligible orders.
• Support customer reviews, disputes, refunds, and service quality checks.
• Improve app performance, security, analytics, and marketplace reliability.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and regulatory requirements.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

• Selected or assigned laundry shops to fulfill orders.
• Riders or delivery partners when pickup or delivery is required.
• Payment providers for online checkout and payment confirmation.
• Notification, email, hosting, analytics, and infrastructure service providers.
• Government, legal, tax, or regulatory authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Payments

Labaduh may use third-party payment providers for credit card, debit card, GCash, and other online payments. Payment providers process sensitive payment credentials under their own security and compliance standards. Labaduh stores payment status, method, provider, reference numbers, and reconciliation details needed to complete orders.

7. Location Data

Location data helps identify nearby laundry shops, calculate service availability, display saved addresses, and support pickup and delivery coordination. You may control device-level location permissions from your mobile operating system settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with tax/accounting/legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Some transaction, invoice, payout, and audit records may need to be retained even after account deletion where required by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information. No system is completely secure, so users should also protect their account credentials and devices.

• Correct inaccurate details.
